Nets of 3d shapes is a completely interactive lesson for KS2 learners.

In this lesson, learners will:

1. use their knowledge of 2D and 3D shapes to identify three-dimensional shapes from their nets;
2. learn that a net is a two-dimensional figure that can be folded to create a three-dimensional shape, and
3. use measuring tools and conventional markings to draw nets of 3d shapes accurately.

Teachers can use the lesson for whole-class teaching and as well as at home by learners.
