The ppts follow on from each other. They start with gametes, zygotes, ovum, sperm, fertilisation, homologous chromosomes, haploid and diploid numbers. Second ppt covers meiosis (stages, key terms, chiasmata, bivalents, crossing over, independent segregation, first and second division, etc. It finishes with different life cycles with diploid and haploid numbers. Third part ppt covers chromosome mutation (substitution & deletions).
