This is a practice or homework on solving one-step equations. There are four problem slides. On the first slide/page students have to solve 6 problems of type a+x=b and 6 problems of type x-a=b. On the second slide/page students have to solve 6 problems of type a-x=b and 6 problems of type ax=b. On the third slide/page there are given 6 problems of type a/x=b and 6 problems of type x/a=b. Students are shown how to find the solution of each type problem. The numbers included are integers and decimals positive and negative. On the fourth slide/page there are given 10 equations only of type ax=b as a and b are integers and fractions positive and negative. Students are provided with empty boxes where they can record their answers.
Students can work independently or in pairs.
Answer keys are included.
