This lesson was designed after completing the UCL course on Understanding the Holocaust.

This lesson is lesson 2 in my sequence of learning and examines the nature of antisemitic prejudice in Germany as well as escalation of persecution in order for students to better understand how and why having rights taken away is such a dangerous step. Also helps students to understand the nature of Hitler’s dictatorship and why it was so difficult to oppose him.

Fully resourced lesson. Includes powerpoint and worksheet (timeline activity). Images are for illustration purposes only. PP and word document are fully editable.
