Pictograms and tables (free primary resources)

• This pack covers: making groups from data; interpreting and making pictograms; interpreting and making tables

• Around 20 pages of resources. With answer pages where appropriate.

• This covers most of the maths National Curriculum targets for pictograms and tables from the beginning of Key Stage 1 to the end of Key Stage 2.

• There is an contents/assessment sheet on page 1 which can be used to record what the child knows.

• There is audio for some of the sheets so children can listen to the explanations and questions, rather than read them.

• There are also links to KS2 SATs questions on the topic.

• This is the first pack in the Data series. The one after this is: ‘Bar charts’

• Child can just write answers and draw on a piece of paper or whiteboard.

• The pack is in interactive PDF format so the comment function can be used to write text; draw freehand; and make straight lines, which can be saved to the document.
