Four resources covering past tenses suitable for Pre Intermediate - Intermediate level Adult ESL Students. They are print and go grammar lessons with content relevant to adult learners. There are no fancy fonts or childish pictures. The emphasis is on good solid content and interesting activities. They are integrated lessons with a mix of speaking, grammar and writing. The lessons begin with some structured grammatical activities which could be done orally first and then written. The second part of the lesson is more open – ended, allowing students to integrate what they’ve learned and begin speaking confidently. This lesson can be used with a class - there are opportunities for differentiation if necessary; as an independent learning package or with online students.
