I have been involved in many interviews right across the board in and out of school and want to share with you an activity that I have been using in preparing people for interviews either as a candidate or on the panel of interviewers.

In this set of resources, I have put over 100 interview questions for you to decide whether you would ask them, answer them or avoid them. Each question is in a box, and you just cut them out and put them on the relevant response sheet.

You can use these resources alone, in pairs, groups or teams. You can also use these resources with students, NQTs, classroom support staff, teachers, inclusion officers, mentors, line managers, middle and senior management, governors and non-teaching staff.

The page colours and font are deliberately chosen, but not everything is black or white.
