I used this lesson to introduce the environment topic to my GCSE (mixed ability) class. One key task is a snakes and ladders game to practise translation. You would need a snakes and ladders board for this. I found a free one online, had it laminated and can now use it for all languages/year groups by just changing the question sheet. The attached worksheet only has the questions on. I am not suggesting it is a perfect lesson,but hopefully it will save someone a bit of time.
