This was an actvity that I had done for year 7's on product analysis using the concept of thinking hats and used &'caps&'; instead to bring it up to date.
It was used as a group activity with 5 in each group and one person had to chose to be the 'blue cap&' as well had to feed back to the rest of the class. Each group had a different product to analyse and would write their answers on the associated slips and stick onto the larger a3 sheet.
This was a very sucessful lesson and can be used across D&T.
