Reading Resource - Blank - True or False, Prove it! - KS1/KS2
This reading resource is in an editable word document. This is a blank resource which means teachers can create a statement based on the text they provide. These statements can be true or false. The purpose is to get children to ‘prove it’ by using the text to retrieve and record key information and then identifying whether the the statement is true or false.
The activity can be extended by asking the pupils to write down two true and one false statement themselves. They then exchange these with other group members and repeat the above process.
