An extremely flexible and customiseable report writer / feedback generator, which has personally saved me a great deal of time in writing end-of-year reports. A large selection of downloadable comment bank files are available, covering a growing range of subjects and age groups. Life-saver during that ‘special time of year’. The comment bank could easily be adapted to use as a marking / feedback tool for exercise books or any other assessments. This is a great tool to use - setting it up takes a bit of time initially, but then reports can be created very quickly, and personalised for each pupil. I can write consistent reports for a full class in about one normal class period. I use it for all my classes for all age groups.
This is an excellent resource. Fully customisable. There are templates and comment banks that you can download, you could also edit those to suit your needs or make your own comment banks. Saves time, but also helps to keep a structure to your report writing. Personal reflections on the pupils work can be added at any stage.
I love this resource. Was shared with me and I have shared with other staff. I have one more set of reports to write before I retire, but feel sure that I will find other uses for any work that requires unique repetitive statements.

This resource has saved me time and provided a range of ideas to simplify my report writing. Much easier than you’d think to set up your own style of comment with drop down options than you’d think as well!
