This is the resources for an hour lesson based upon “Happiness” as part of the RSE/PSHE curriculum. This was designed for use with Key Stage 3 year 7 students, but could be adapted for other age groups and easily extended beyond an hour. Links have been made to mental health and GCSE Psychology.
