From time playing, coaching and teaching rugby, I have created this handbook which contains drills and guidance for teaching rugby specifically within secondary school. The resources within this handbook allow you to deliver a variety of high quality rugby lessons or club sessions. The content of this handbook works for delivering both the contact and non-contact version (touch/tag) version of the game.
