Safe hands and safe feet - A social story which uses the concepts from Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL).
It outlines what ‘Safe hands and safe feet’ looks like in a variety of setting around the school:- the playground, the swimming pool and the Kitchen.
It uses visual symbols, simple language and easy to understand scenario. To deliver important information of how to behaviour in a positive way to your peers and highlights not safe behaviour.
It was developed for Special Needs students and can be used with very young mainstream children.
There are a few comprehension activities and a supporting social story book.
