Shape builder is a great activity for shape recognition as well as looking at the properties of shapes. The students will head outside and create the shapes on the card using sticks before completing the shape ID card with its properties.

Diff. 2 – Students are required to fill out the number of edges, right angles and parallel lines.
Diff. 3 - Students are required to fill out the number of edges, right angles, parallel lines, and lines of symmetry.
