Simple Writing Template - Soup Making Instructions

This writing template can be used alongside a favourite cooking activity - making vegetable soup.

We often read the story Pumpkin Soup and it often leads to us making a batch of our own vegetable soup. This template can be used as an adult led activity to encourage children to help you write out the soup making instructions. This is a great Autumn term activity as the template allows for simple CVC words such as ‘cut it up’, ‘mix it up’ ‘put it in’. This resource has three different printing options which can be used for differentiation.
