Space revision hexagons

This resource includes hexagons for Earth and Space topics including the Big Bang theory, seasons, day and night, development of our understanding of the solar system, satellites, telescopes and blank hexagons which students and/or teachers can add their own ideas.

These hexagons make a great end of topic revision exercise, allowing students to organise their learning, spotting links between concepts and discussing their ideas. This can be done as an individual or group exercise (I tend to use small groups, laminate the hexagons and simply ask students to sort the cards).
