The following mini-lesson and craft activity supports students to let go of their worries and help clear their mind.

This lesson goes through the process of exploring what is IN YOUR CONTROL and what is OUT OF YOUR CONTROL. This is great for clearing out the mental clutter that builds up when we have too many worries.
