This is an engaging and self-checking Christmas gingerbread house themed activity on systems of linear equations with two variables. On each slide students are given two systems to solve - the one by the substitution method and the other by the elimination method. Students get systems having one and the same answer. The slides with the problems are eight. There is else one slide with the answer keys.
*Students can work independently or in pairs.
