The Ancient Egyptians Topic Planning and Resources

A six session topic on the Ancient Egyptians aimed at UKS2 but easily adaptable. The planning aims to build upon previous learning in history and finishes with a comparison between the Ancient Greeks and the Ancient Egyptians. The topic encourages pupils to study historical sources and does require access to information books or the internet for further research. The planning also makes use of BBC Learning Zone film clips. Resources for each session are included along with an Smartboard Notebook. All images used are Creative Commons or labelled for reuse.
