The Gold Rush

My dear Reader,

This lesson is the third part of a unit of American West on the settlers; It looks at the Gold Rush of 1849. It aims to have students matching general knowledge on the 49ers with a 4 marks question.

All lessons have a same-model structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, and always understand where they are at in their learning:

First slide- understanding the reasons of the Rush
Second slide understanding the dangers and consequences
Third slide evaluating the opinion of the locals witha 4 marks exam question.
All tasks are assessed.
An extension task is completed.
