Our grammar quizzes are ideal for use as starters or during the plenary to help your Year 6 students revise for the forthcoming SPaG papers. Each test contains 20 questions on a range of topics and spelling patterns likely to come up. Divide your class in two and turn it into a competitive activity, or challenge the children to beat their previous individual record. Read the questions out to the class, writing key vocabulary on the board. The children then fill in the answer on a special answer sheet which looks a bit like an old mental maths answer sheet! This is a brilliant way to revise lots of concepts in a matter of minutes!
