The Jungle - Full Scheme of Work

A full scheme of work covering an entire term, including:

• A range of tasks with direct reference to the source material, The Jungle by Pooja Puri
• A separate scheme for weekly writing challenge lessons
• A homework booklet with weekly tasks and vocabulary, linking to the writing challenge scheme of work
• A complete extract booklet to support lessons, with poetry, non-fiction texts and sections from the source material
• A knowledge organiser

The scheme is targeted at Year 9 students. Lessons make reference to GCSE English Language skills with Eduqas in mind, though this can be easily adapted for other exam boards. The scheme is complete with images, transitions, and linked videos.
