Group activity where pupils take on the role of CSi investigators. They are given a bank of witness statements from which they have to complete an evidence disclosure sheet for the police. They will need to identify the crime and the motive before eventually completing a witness statement for Sita. Resource includes video clips and differentiated tasks. Also support material for written tasks.

Witness statements - cut out each sheet into witness statements and place into 4 separate envelopes - 1 envelope per group member. One statement at a time will be withdrawn and read to the group. Some statements are simpler than others allowing for less confident readers to still take an active role.
The goal is to complete the investigation document as a group.
Video to be shown on completion and then the witness statement can be completed as an individual task either in class or as homework.
