Students look at the introduction of other characters and how Scrooge reacts to them. This was planned for a high ability year 10 class. A really useful lesson to show relationships at the beginning of the novel. A variety of different styled activities provided to allow for all students to learn which can easily be adapted to group work or pair work. Extra Challenge added towards the end for high ability students who need to try to draw links to the context of the novel.
