Theatre in Education Small Project

A small project about Theatre in Education I used with my Year 9s in drama this year. Would be good to use with PSCHE as well. Gives students a chance to look into how TiE works and create their own TiE company. The presentation and two sheets I created are added and can be amended. During the first lesson they create their company and create a script/performance. In lesson 2 they look at funding a company and creating a letter to schools to get their support and backing. Really engaged the students... I used some music from The Apprentice and did a lot of acting throughout where they were judged by a 'panel' of other students pretending to be schools or companies that were looking into hiring their company for PSCHE days.
