I created this for Year 4 to use as a baseline. The expectation is that children will do as many as possible within 10 minutes. The questions are mixed so children cannot simply recite the times table and complete the answers but the tables are grouped so once you see a child make mistakes on, say, the 3 x table then you can see they are not secure on that table and assign it as their focus table. The list starts with a few questions multiplying by 0 and 1 and then presents tables in national curriculum order - i.e. 2,5,10, 3,4,8, 6,7,9, 11,12.
