This essay planning sheet was designed for the Eduqas A-level Religious Studies course. It is specifically used in the Ethics section, however, it could be adapted for use in other areas of the course or for others courses more generally.
The resource features a space for students to write the statement e.g. ‘free will does not exist.’ Evalaute this view. It also features boxes asking students to write a thesis, think of reasons/scholars to support their view, think of argumnets that disagree with their thesis and an evaluation of why these arguments are weaker, as well as a justified conclusion.
It is designed to be double side printed.
This resources is aimed at Year 12 and Year 13, but could be used with any year group that can cope with the TRADEC structure.
