A set of of 4 Literacy Based Poems and stories intended to be used during Tutor time / D.E.A.R time. There is one poem to kick start the discussion of inference and then a story begins about a cat named Silver Mane. These stories are intended to be episodic. The first THREE episodes are uploaded here along with questions to ask students after reading.
This is designed to improve literacy among High School students, but could easily be used with KS2 (UK) and MYP (USA/CANADA).
