UKS2 - Rose Blanche English Unit

This is a 16-lesson unit tailored to UKS2 which covers reading and writing resources. This could easily be extended to 20 lessons or more if you wanted to extend writing time. There are also lots of other features in the story if you wished to add on to study this book for a whole half term - you could also explore the ending of the book in detail. The outcome of the unit is to gain a solid understanding of the text and contextual factors, look at passive and active voice, look at past progressive tense and culminates in a narrative with a change in perspectives.
