This resource is based on the idea of behavioural activation. The theory is that small achievements help keep us motivated, particularly if our mental health isnt in a great place.

This to do list encourages students to write down all of the things they could/will/should/want to do, in categories. Then, the to do list is rewritten from easiest to hardest, giving a starting point. It also organises out things that can be saved for another day and makes students think about a reward.
