In this lesson, students will learn about the connection between bone strength and the importance of consuming 3 serves of dairy foods every day. They will understand the benefits that calcium, and other bone building nutrients found in dairy foods, have on the body. Through this understanding students will inform and persuade other primary aged students to consume the recommended daily dairy requirements.
