Unicorn Colors Memory Matching Game US

Unicorn Colors Memory Matching Game is a fun, engaging way for children to learn colors, practice math skills, practice literacy skills, and practice critical thinking skills; this matching game can be used during a group activity. Colors included in these cards are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, black, gray, and white.

Make two copies of all the cards. Laminate and cut out the cards. Use the cards for a memory matching game. Allow children to find unicorns that are the same color; allow children to make matches based on color. Color words typed in the matching color are also included on the cards. Kindergartners can be encouraged to recognize the color words; older preschoolers can be encouraged to recognize letters; some older preschoolers may even recognize some color words. Give the children opportunity to learn in a variety of ways at their own paces.
