Good to use as a language awareness resource because of the similarities between Norwegian and English. Cut up the cards and ask the children to match up the Norwegian with its English meaning. Could also be used as a game of 'patience' with students by placing the cards face down and turning over two cards at a time. A winning pair is when you match the Norwegian with the English. Can be used with any language.
