With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, make life easier for yourself with this Valentine’s Day package! It has everything you need to retell the story of Saint Valentine and keep the children engaged for an afternoon or morning.

The resource includes:

• an 18-slide PowerPoint that introduces children to Valentine’s Day. It then continues on to tell the story of Saint Valentine. The PowerPoint is visually appealing.
• a 717-word Lesson Plan that talks through the PowerPoint and provides some alternative activities rather than the activity booklet.
• a 14-page Activity Booklet that includes colouring, a wordsearch, acrostic poem, a ‘list of people I love’ and ‘ways to show love’ page, a poem for children to complete and a pencil control page, as well as a biscuit recipe for the children to take home.
