‘Hand breathing’ is one of several videos I have created to support students at home: as they take on the challenges of distance learning, they will need help to keep anxiety levels down. My videos are simple and effective Mindfulness tasks for everyone: involving focus; observation; thinking about thoughts; using senses and breathing. Share this video with your students, to encourage them to maintain their wellbeing during this uncertain time. Use it as a mindful moment, brain break or transition task.
