A complete lesson focusing on the key skill of effective enquiry with the leaning objective to understand what may have inspired C. S. Lewis’ books.

Using the Learrning Objective and Success Criteria slides it is easy to determine the progress made by students (and where more questioning/work may need to be done to aid this) and highlight to them the progress they have made.

It can be used as the first lesson before one of Lewis’ books is studied, e.g. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, or could be used when studying key figures from history.

It contains a powerpoint and worksheets, including stretch task and alternative card sort for the less able. The bingo activity also contains different grids based on ability.

Brain breaks are included (if you need more information on these, please see the lesson plan).
