This unit has been planned using the White Rose Maths Hub Small steps planning scheme. There are 6 days worth of lessons and resources. The lesson structure follows the let’s learn, let’s talk, let’s do, let’s use it structure. The flipchart helps to structure and teach the content of each lesson with lots of visual images, prompts and questions. The activities are differentiated and include greater depth challenges for each lesson. The worksheets have been created with our school cursive script. I have included these as a PDF if you wish to use as they are or I have also included them as a Word document if you wanted to change the font or adapt the sheets to suit your class.
The flipchart has been created with AcitvInspire software. You should be able to import this into your own whiteboard software, or I believe that you can download a free viewer. If you are still having difficulty viewing this file, I have included it as a PDF. It is very detailed and comprehensive with 45 slides covering the 6 lessons.
