A super resources! I just couldn’t find anything to help me teach this set of words so I made my own! These simple powerpoints take each of the Y3 and Y4 common exeption words and children are shown the meaning of the words in context and complete a mini quiz for each powerpoint. each powerpoint looks at around 3 of the words.
All words are covered.
I also use these powerpoints to create videos for my class, using my voice to teach the children spelling tricks to help them remember the words. These are available following this link:
