This is Lesson 2 of a four lesson Adding and Subtracting Fractions unit of work for Year 4 (although it is also suitable for year 5). Objectives covered in unit of work:
Add and subtract fractions with the same denominator
Recognise mixed numbers and improper fractions and convert from one form to the other and write mathematical statements >1 as a mixed number
