A series of powperpoints which are a lesson per powerpoint (6 in total) which can be used for PE or dance lessons. The lessons are aimed at year 8 and 9 and follow the theme of creating dances from different stimuluses. the last lesson is a performance/ assessment lesson.
No demonstrations are needed if you are not confident with dance.
