This is a 20 page PDF file of rhythm and aural activities with an Easter theme.
FOCUS RHYTHMS are half note, quarter note, quarter rest and set of eighth notes
♫ ACTIVITY 1: Students are to notate short rhythms clapped/played by the teacher, onto the Easter image!
There are TEN different pages of rhythms for teachers to use and TWO different student response/answer sheets.

Valentine’s Day Rhythm Activities
This is a 23 page PDF file of rhythm activities with a Valentine’s Day theme.
ACTIVITY 1: Students are to notate short rhythms clapped/played by the teacher, into the center of chocolate Hersey Kisses! There are FOUR different set of rhythms for teachers to use.
ACTIVITY 2: This is similar to ACTIVITY 1 but with more advanced rhythms
ACTIVITY 3: This is similar to ACTIVITY 2 but with more advanced rhythms
A student worksheet and FOUR pages of rhythms for the teacher to clap are provided for each of these THREE activities.
ACTIVITY 4: Students are to write the TEN given rhythms in the column next to the matching Valentine’s Day phrase
ACTIVITY 4a: Teacher can also change Activity by clapping the rhythm to the students – this will depend on grade level or standard of the class.
ACTIVITY 5: Have students draw a line for the Valentine’s Day phrase to its matching rhythm.

SIX THANKSGIVING MUSIC COMPOSITION ACTIVITIES
Have your students compose and perform their very own songs for THANKSGIVING!!
♦ This file contains SIX guided music compositions activities and
