Solve the maths problems on each distance learning worksheet. The resulting number from each maths problem is then filled in on a 1-100 grid of numbers. When all the correct numbers have been filled in, the mystery image is revealed.
Kids love the mystery of what the image will be, which makes working on the maths problems that much more fun.
In this module, there is a single image but there are seven different maths worksheets that each product the same set of numbers. In this way, children with different abilities are catered for. Each sheet features a specific type of maths problem so there are plenty of options to choose from:
Place value - easy (with visual blocks of 10s & 1s)
Place value - harder (with numerals of 10s & 1s to count)
Addition - easy (with no carrying over)
Addition - harder (with carrying over required)
Subtraction - easy (with no carrying over)
Subtraction - harder (with carrying over required)
Subtraction - harder (all numbers subtracted from 100)
Just choose the type of maths problem that’s most suitable to the students’ abilities.
This is image J (the number one-hundred ‘100’) from 10 possible images.
Some sheets are replicated with one having sums presented horizontally and others vertically. This way, there’s an option for whichever way your students are comfortable with.

Study the image and solve the probability word questions. Each of these distance learning worksheets presents 4 different scenarios with three probability questions to answer for each.
COLOUR:
Most Bounce Learning Kids products are suitable to be printed in B/W but a few are best printed in colour, due to references to specific colours on the sheet. This is one such series where there are specific colour references.
Crossword maths distance learning worksheets is like doing a regular crossword but with numbers instead of letter. This is an amazingly fun way to make maths seem like play. The crossword ‘clues’ are maths sums. Solve the maths sum and place the resulting number into the appropriate space on the crossword math grid. When you have solved all the ‘clues’ and completed the field, put the highlighted numbers into the grid below to solve the final maths equation at the bottom for a bit of extra fun.
The sheets are in pairs and include the following:
2 sheets with addition sums
2 sheets with subtraction sums.
2 sheets with multiplication sums.
2 sheets with division sums.
2 sheets with a random mix of all four types of sums.
Don’t worry, there’s a clear answers sheet to show you where all the numbers go.
COLOUR & B/W: There are two versions of each sheet. In addition to the full-color sheets, each is presented in a specifically designed line-art B/W version, for those that are unable to print in full-color.
See also the Crossword maths 1 puzzles.
Find two adjacent numbers that either sum or multiply together to produce the target number. This is an excellent resource for learning factors.
There are 10 rows of numbers to find the target number from in each sheet. The first 5 sheets tackle addition and a further 4 tackle multiplication. The first sheet of each type has a couple of examples demonstrating how it works.
3D nets are a fantastic way to have fun. The shapes on these worksheets can be cut-out to make the following range of basic 3D objects:

A handy Archimedean Solids chart with all the statistics and characteristics of all the Archimedean Solids is also included in this series.
Solve the super fun number snake math puzzles. Solve all the math equations to complete all the numbers as you snake around the grid. Follow the direction of the arrows.
Each distance learning worksheet is provided in full-colour as well as B/W. For each sheet, there is also an answers sheet provided.

Wordsearch puzzle with a twist. Instead of letter, this wordsearch grid has UK coins. The idea is to find the specific amount of money with the indicated number of adjacent coins (up, down, left, right & diagonal).
The puzzles start out relatively simple but become progressively more challenging. This wordsearch with money puzzle is also available in Australian & US versions.
Practice the art of letter writing by making the hand movements needed to write letters using the Victoria Modern Cursive(*) letter type. One sheet for each letter of the alphabet.
Each distance learning worksheet has a series of squiggly lines to trace over, requiring the same hand movements needed to write the letter in question.
In this range:
Letter writing mimicking the hand movements (Vic Mod Cur font - this series)
Letter writing mimicking the hand movements (NSW Foundation font)
Letter writing by tracing actual letters (Vic Mod Cur font)
Letter writing by tracing actual letters (NSW Foundation font)
See also number writing series:
Writing numbers mimicking the hand movements
Writing numbers by tracing actual numbers
(*) Victoria Modern Cursive is a specific letter type that is mandated in Victoria, Australia as well as some other states. If there is a specific font your state uses, please feel free to contact me at chris@BounceLearningKids.com and I may be able to provide a corresponding series using that font.
Suitable for printing in B/W as well as colour.
Numbers search distance learning worksheets is a fantastic way to make mental maths fun. Just like a regular wordsearch puzzle but with numbers instead of letters.
As an added twist, some of the numbers you need to look for must first be determined by solving a basic equation. There are different sizes of grids and equations for different ability levels.
Grid A - 8x8 numbers
Search for the numbers as depicted. The first two are already highlighted to help show how it works.
Grid B - 8x8 numbers
Search for the numbers as depicted. No hints this time.
Grid C - 8x8 grid
Solve the ADDITION equations to determine which numbers to find and then find them in the grid. One solution has been highlighted to help show how it works.
Grid D - 8x8 grid
Solve the SUBTRACTION equations to determine which numbers to find and then find them in the grid. No hints this time.
Grid E - 8x8 grid
Solve the MULTIPLICATION equations to determine which numbers to find and then find them in the grid. One solution has been highlighted to help show how it works.
Grid F - 8x8
Solve the DIVISION equations to determine which numbers to find and then find them in the grid. One solution has been highlighted to help show how it works.
Grid G - 10x10 grid (larger grids are harder to solve)
Solve the ADDITION equations to determine which numbers to find and then find them in the grid. This time, there are three numbers to sum instead of two on the easier grid. One solution has been highlighted to help show how it works.
Grid H - 10x10 grid
Solve the SUBTRACTION equations to determine which numbers to find and then find them in the grid. No hints this time.
Grid I - 10x10 grid
Solve the MULTIPLICATION equations to determine which numbers to find and then find them in the grid. No hints this time.
Grid J - 15-15 grid
This time, instead of solving specific equations, have fun exploring the features on your scientific calculator by finding various mathematical constants and other fun functions, like Pi, Log, Root, Factorial, Sin, Cos, Tan, etc. Figure out which numbers each function represents and then find it in the grid - especially fun for those keen with numbers.
Fun series of number code distance learning worksheets to while away the time. Perfect for filling time with something both fun and educational. Find the letters from the letter grid and write them into the corresponding numbered locations within the grids below to find all the words and phrases. Each letter of the alphabet from A to Z has a corresponding number from 1-26. Using that number code, complete all the phrases on each sheet. The first 9 sheets have colour-coded vowels and consonants as visual aids but the remaining 17 don’t. As you progress through the sheets, the encoded phrases lengthen, making the worksheets progressively more challenging. Each sheet has a theme to it with all the encoded phrases conforming to that theme.
