This series of 6 fully resourced lessons is the perfect way to introduce new Year 7 students to the world of scientific enquiry. The lessons cover all the key topics, from lab safety to drawing conclusions, and they are packed with engaging activities and experiments. The topics covered in this series of lessons include: -Lab safety -Equipment and making measurements -The Bunsen burner -Variables and planning investigations -Collecting and recording results -Analysing data and drawing conclusions The presentations are also accompanied by a student science passport and certificate of completion. The passport allows students to track their progress through the series, and the certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete all six lessons.
