This new resource will bring you a curriculum day of fun that requires critical reflecting thinking that will be perfect for your students from start to finish. ————————————————————————————————————— Healthy Habits Day – What’s it all about? During this Healthy Habits Drop-Down Day, students will explore the science of habit formation through the story of Lazy Lyle, whose brain, like all of ours, quickly forms habits for better or for worse. Through five one-hour sessions, students will create a visual display, engage in hands-on games, and have meaningful group discussions—all based around how habits influence behaviour and life outcomes. This PSHE Life Day is designed to equip students with insights and tools to understand and improve their habits, fostering both awareness and actionable change.
