I produced these bingo resource games to assist with teaching pupils with English as an additional language, the topic of All about me, in a fun way. They are all created using power point. Pupils draw a 3 x 3 grid and write in the choice of words from slide 2. The questions are pictures as shown. The answer appears on click of the mouse.

I used this resource with my year 10 set 2. It includes 10 starter questions using a calculator to work out the trig ratio and angles. The lessons introduce the Sine, Cosine and Tangent ratio one at a time with examples and 6 questions and answers for each. The final 6 questions are mixed with answers. It moves on to calculating the missing angles and includes some worded problems also.

This is created in Excel on 3 separate differentiated sheets. The answers are calculated using a formula. Suitable for KS3 and KS4 (Foundation) Can be used as an individual worksheet, Rally Coach or for peer assessment.

Worksheets can be used as Rally Coach where pupil A works out the question and explains their workings to pupil B, who listens and praises or coaches if necessary. They then swap for question 2 etc. Can also be used as individual worksheets or for peer assessment.

I created these as a revision resource for my year 8/9 set 1 classes. I revisit the topics through the starters at the beginning of each lesson. I change the questions after a few weeks and then mix them up and reintroduce them again at a later date to ensure they aren't forgotten.

I give my year 8/9 set 1 a selection of starter questions each lesson. I then print a selection of specific DIRT topic questions and give them to those who have answered them incorrectly a few times as a DIRT activity.
