This is a visual presentation to help students (EAL and non-EAL) to understand the content of each line of the poem. It contains labelled diagrams, photos and links to YouTube videos (introduction to the poem and reading). Hope you will find it useful.
This short presentation is designed for EAL/ESL students (but can be used in all ability classes) studying AQA GCSE Poetry Cluster 2, it contains visual explanation of each line of the poem, and is enriched in video links to YouTube videos on Trench Warfare, Infantry attack and reading of the poem at the end.
