The lesson includes: Warm up Prior learning The 3 axis of rotations and examples Independent/teacher led tasks AFL Objectives and levels Organisational points See here for a SOW for year 7 This lesson was created to save time for busy teachers and is made so teachers with little gymnastics experience can teach it just as well as those with lots. The levels are the old national curriculum levels 3-8 however they are easily editable and changeable to your own assessment levels. Each lesson has assessment levels, diagrams, differentiation , clear teaching points, clear task explanations and afl opportunities. This lesson should provide enough tasks for lessons of 40 minutes and above. It follows on from my gymnastics lesson 1- basic shapes(free) . Which you can also use to assess the quality of my work. I also have task cards for rotations which will go really well with this lesson and can be purchased as a bundle here and a free variations in rolls task card here.
