Ideal for cover, revision, homework, class work, this hobbies activity and written task pack contains a 10-page workbook, a 28-slide presentation, picture and words cue cards as well as 2 pages with suggestions for use and differentiation. The workbook furthers various skills, e.g. describing pictures whilst gently guiding the learner from simple words to sentences and increasingly long paragraphs. Some tasks focus on grammar, i.e. the formation of the German past tense and related word order adjustments. One set of cue cards features the pictures from the work book and the other set contains the words. These cue cards can be used for matching activities, games such as snap and pairs and many more. The presentation slides are kept simple and merely feature a picture per slide, with all pictures from the work book included here too. All printable resources are provided as .pdf files taken from both A4 and letter formats - please see filenames for details. If you like this resource, please leave me a review and check out my other resources. Look out for my bundles which will save you time and money for even more learning opportunities. Out of fairness to me and to reflect the time I spent designing these, please be sure to purchase a school license if you intend to share these with colleagues anywhere. Thank you. ©MosaiK

German Soccer or Football Activity Pack

Enable your students to talk about 24 football-related pictures during various suggested activities. This Soccer/Football activity pack contains a PowerPoint presentation, cue cards, 32 different Bingo mats and a vocabulary list, as well as a multi-player board game to encourage speaking and learning through play. In an attempt to accommodate my colleagues in various parts of the world I am including files in different formats, i.e. letter/A4 and tabloid/A3 and using UK/US terminology. Should I have unintentionally missed any words, please do not mark me down in a review. Rather feel free to contact me and I shall work with you to remedy this asap. Formats and terminology used are always made clear in a filename, e.g. ‘soccer’ refers to US/CA, ‘football’ refers to the UK terminology. If no format is mentioned, then the file is in the A4 format. If no language clue is included then the file applies to the English spoken or taught in the country of the website :) Please kindly respect the time it took me to construct the enclosed sheets. Be fair to me and do not pass this resource to colleagues unless you or your school have purchased the school licence for this resource too. Thank you. :) If you like these, please leave me a review and check back to see what else is new in my shop at any time. ©MosaiK

New students web guide to your school

(0)
Easy for you to adapt to your own establishment, this web guide contains a multitude of areas which no doubt apply to most schools. On 15 pages of information about school life, the guide will explain the ins-and outs of your school to both parents and new students. Each topic listed at the start is hyperlinked to its own section in the document. A topic mentioned in another section is also hyperlinked to its own section for more information. At the end of each section there is a link to go back to the top. School names are referred to as — School, so this can be replaced using the ‘replace’ function in Word. This document is intended for upload to your school website once it has been adapted to your school. For obvious reasons, I am including the Word version of this document. However, please be sure to purchase the school licence if you intend to actually publish this on your school website or share this with colleagues anywhere. If you like this, then please leave me a positive review and check out my other resources too. Thank you, ©MosaiK

Obst Gemüse Fruit and veg 4 worksheets

Fruit and Veg in German: Students are required to describe pictures before answering 2 questions in more detail. These 4 worksheets are ideal for cover, independent work or to fuel discussion between learning partners. Although the worksheets are numbered, this is purely for teacher/student reference as there is no particular order in which they need to be completed. How about laminating these worksheets and let groups of students work on them to create a poster with a copy of the picture in the middle and their answers written around the edge? Then ask each group to present their findings. This could result in a good class discussion… Now, are tomatoes actually a vegetable or a fruit? Why can or can’t bananas grow where you live?
