This feedback sheet includes 4 sections for students to fill out after they’ve completed an assessment. One section asks students to rate out of ten how much revision they did in preparation for the test, this is a good practice for students as it lets them see the importance of revision and preparation and how it impacts the grade they get in assessments. Another section asks students to identify what they feel went well for then in the assessment, this is good as it reassures them and the teacher of what they understand well. The next section asks students to identify how they ca improve using the ‘even better if…’ term. Finally students are asked to write specific area of the assessment where they need help in order to do better next time.
